No, thank you!

Yo, folks!
I was hanging around on trackswap.com earlier today and swapped some tunes when I got this one back:

It's so catchy and uplifting! ^^ Specially the lyrics!
But hey, if you don't like this song and are planning to criticize my taste in music then..

The Real Deal

And now my dear friend.. It is blogging for real. Blogging about all the interesting topics that take part of my life, blogging about my heroes and idols, blogging about my deep, reflective thoughts and my profound love. It is especially time for unnecesserily long introductions.

I'm gonna start off by telling you about myself. I have this urge to know how to do everything and to impress people, so I know very little about a lot of things. The problem is that I am quite the quitter. I can start with some personal project of mine with really long-time goals and such, but give up pretty fast because I lose my motivation. I know I'm not the only one with this issue, but it's a thing I consider important about me.
I do have some interests that have tagged along for a while now though. Like track & field, manga, conflict management, Go (a Japanese board game which I'll probably talk about) and people in general.
I don't get much time for myself to relax though, so I should probably shorten down on that list...Which set me in kind of a dilemma considering that I am posting in a blog. =o Tricky situation!

I also enjoy reading books and such and would love to get some recommendations for books, so if you have read some great literature lately, let me know (genre doesn't really matter)! Right now I'm reading this book called "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundera, and I have some trouble understanding it, so if anyone has read or is reading it I would love to hear some of your thoughts about it. =D

Anyway, I live in Norway where we sleep in igloos and polar bears roam the streets. We all eat rotten fish every day as well (except for Fridays, then we eat pizza).
I just came to think about how awesome it would be to ride a polar bear (a tame polar bear of course). Imagine picking up your prom date on a polar bear and making an entrance like a boss! Gotta put it on my "100 Things to do before I die"-list. It's pretty far from finished though, so it's not worth sharing yet.

If there's anything else you lousy pigs wanna know about me, you can just ask! I'm not very good at sharing myself unless you ask for it. =3
This is me by the way. I know I've got pretty prominent cheekbones, but hey, don't judge me!

Yo!

Hello out there.
This is my first blog post, so allow myself to introduce myself. You may call me anything you want, but I am Soya (like in tastytasty soyasauce)! This first post kind of feels like trying to hit on a girl, but ending up giving a really bad pick-up line (not that I'm a big fan of pick-up lines). And then you start describing your feelings about the awkward situation and it gets even more awkward. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about..
That is why I will deliver to you my favorite ice-breaker to relief myself of all the pressure.

Call me Bond. James Bond.

It would be really awesome if someone tried this ice-breaker when hooking up with a girl instead of the internet. I would really like to hear about the outcome.
